Each full-time employee earns 196 hours (five weeks) of leave per year based on mandatory 1,788 billable hours per year. If the employee works more than 1,788 hours, more leave is accrued. The leave combines sick and vacation. Twice a year, the employee can request for a lump sum payment for any leave balance over 10 days.
Intelligent Solutions Inc. observes all ten regularly scheduled government holidays plus two extra days including the day after Thanksgiving and birthdays.
On December 31 of each year, each employee working for ISI will have 4% to 8% of their salary for that year placed into a 401(k) account in their name. Other than being employed on December 31 of that year, no vesting period with the company is required to qualify for the company-provided retirement. The 401(k) provides an extensive investment portfolio that can be tailored to meet your investment needs.
The employee may contribute an additional 17% of their own pre-tax income toward the 401(k) account managed by the best in the industry.
Health insurance is covered 100% on first day of employment and is provided by UnitedHealthcare™, one of the largest insurers in the United States. You may choose one of the two PPOs or an HMO – Whichever best suits your needs. Prescription services are provided and booklets are available for specific plan information.
Dental insurance is also provided by United Healthcare. Preventive Dental Services are paid at 100% when an in-network provider is used and no deductible applies. Basic Dental Services are paid at 80% and Major Dental Services at 50% after plan deductible of $50. Annual plan maximum is $1,000 per individual. Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Basic life insurance is provided by Lincoln Financial Group™ in the amount of a one-time basic annual earnings not to exceed $150,000. LFG’s Enhanced Optional Life insurance plan, affords the opportunity to elect supplemental life insurance for yourself, your spouse and your dependent children at group rates.
